This position will have various administrative duties within a manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in HR administration; excellent customer service skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; the ability to accomplish multiple tasks in an organized well thought out process; and the ability to work with minimal direction. Specific Duties will include, but are not limited to: * Serve as the local contact for all HR administration. This includes: policy administration, new hire orientation, timekeeping, leave administration, worker's compensation / incident reporting, absence control, record keeping, Safety communications and record minutes; * Maintain all employee training records * Accounts Payable Clerk.
