We are seeking an HR Representative with the following knowledge and experience. - Must be fluent in conversational Spanish. - Must possess excellent customer service skills. - One year related experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft programs and the Internet required. - Infinium and Applicant Tracking System knowledge preferred. - Great attention to detail and an exceptional multi-tasker a must. Job Duties for this position include: - Working the Human Resources front counter and providing excellent customer service to each customer. - Screening inquiries, via telephone or personal contact, and directing them to the appropriate individual. - Data entering Team Member information such as personal data, benefits, work actions, attendance and performance reviews or evaluations in the HRIS system. - System knowledge in AS400 preferred. - Processing Team Member applications and assisting in other staffing activities. - Conducting behavioral interviewing screening and skills tests. - Examining Team Member files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons. - Compiling data from personnel records and prepares reports. - Preparing and organizing large quantities of mail and or paperwork. - Ensuring that all filing is processed accurately and in a timely manner. - Assisting in the creation, preparation and distribution of packets including correspondence, forms, reports and other various materials. - Delivering mail, paperwork, and other items throughout the property.
