JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility of the Title 31 Compliance Manager is to maintain the consistent practice of Title 31, Gaming Control Board Book Wagering, and Suspicious Activity Reporting compliance procedures among. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices, and procedures. Specific Job Functions: Supervising and reviewing the daily Title 31 audit process and personnel Ensuring that effective procedures are documented, performed, and available to employees for reference purposes Updating all in-house documentation and procedures as regulatory changes occur Ensuring that the systems of internal are maintained in an effective manner Reviewing and evaluating any areas of noncompliance cited by MGM MIRAGE Internal Auditors, independent accountants, IRS Audits, or the Nevada Gaming Control Board Maintaining any and all support documentation, as required by the appropriate regulatory agencies Facilitating training of all affected employees Reviewing and enforcing all internal notices of exception created during the daily audit process Reviewing all Suspicious Activity Incident Reports completed and forwarded to the Title 31 Department Reviewing and enforcing timely submissions of reporting documents (CTRC-Ns, BWRs, and SARCs) to the required regulatory agencies (IRS, NGCB, FinCEN) Attending any and all Title 31 and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Committee meetings Generally, be available to act as the general liaison with regards to any policies, procedures, practices, or actual issues that may arise relative to any and all Title 31 compliance-related matters JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least one year of work experience with Title 31, Reg. 22 and SARC policies At least one year of supervisory/managerial experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Have or be able to obtain Gaming Registration Professional appearance and demeanor Location: Bellagio Compensation: TBD at time of interview Principals only.
