Kelly Services is looking for a Staffing Supervisor to manage employees on Kauai. This position will be in Waimea and will be very important to our company. We need someone who has a background in employee management with good organizational skills and great communication skills. Being fluent in Filipino is also a good skill to have but not a requirement. This person will be responsible for managing and maintaining 120+ employees on a weekly basis. They will be responsible for the hiring, scheduling, training, payroll and be the point of contact for all employee issues. They must be well rounded on a computer and flexible with the hours. They must be able to commute to the local areas around Waimea to recruit employees and maintain a constant positive image of Kelly Services with the local population.
