Expect hard work and satisfaction, and the excitements would include wildlife and birds, planting new varieties, cooking new recipes, you get the picture. . .If you play the mandoline, like to read, write poetry or want to build a treehouse, you would be happy out here. Participation includes from planting to harvest to market. So digging, planting, weeding, hauling, harvesting, banding chard, selling at markets are all included. In addition, building projects scheduled for 2009 are outdoor kitchen with horno next to field and a bathhouse. Fun projects include braiding garlic, making flower bouquets and such. Plenty of room is available for landscaping or your own personal gardens. Pay is low yet if you are a happy farmer and stay for the season, a percentage of harvest is given.
