Responsibilities: • Delivers and picks-up equipment and supplies for patients and clients • Receives and carries out work orders as assigned • Sets-up and breaks down home medical and respiratory equipment following applicable safety and cleaning guidelines • Completes necessary paperwork, to include delivery orders and driving logs. • Schedules routine vehicle maintenance/service and keeps vehicle clean; maintains vehicle driving log. • Operates various office equipment associated with assigned duties. • Maintains clean and professional appearance. • Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned on an as needed basis. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Minimum of 21 years of age. • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission delivery vehicles. • Basic mechanical skills with problem solving ability. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must be able to safely lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
