To equal 40 hours Must be computer literate, Word and Email The Lead will carry the pass down phone, master keys, and a radio. The Lead will need to do a daily pass down with oncoming shift lead and via email Must be physically able to be on their feet entire working shift!! Must be able to bend, twist, and lift up to at least 50 lbs. Must be flexible to work overtime when needed Must communicate well with other members of leadership or management via email. Must be organized, a self starter, and manage time well. Must have reliable transportation and have valid drivers license Must be proficient in English Bi-lingual ability is preferred but not required Must be able and willing to cover open janitorial positions that may include cleaning restrooms, trashing, vacuuming, dusting, etc. The Lead will have daily duties to complete nightly. Must be able to communicate well verbally with janitorial staff any concerns pertaining to complaints or requests in their work area. Must have a positive attitude and able to encourage workers with constructive criticism. The Lead will assist the Supervisor and / or the Assistant Manager in evaluating employees annually.
