This person will respond to work orders in our 300 unit affordable housing apartment building doing things like: • Plumbing Repairs • Electrical Repairs • Minor HVAC Maintenance • Painting/Drywall Repairs and Fixes • Apartment Turns • General clean up The ideal candidate will have apartment maintenance experience, be able to identify maintenance problems and solutions and have great customer service.
