I work from home on the computer and phone from about 10-6 daily, then go out at night a few nights a week to further network for my business. I am friendly and super-dependable - haven't missed a payment on my credit card in 15 years. A+ rating with all former utilities. Many personal and professional references. Started the crime watch in my last apt. of 15 years. I love music (jazz, classic R&B, pop, theater, Brazilian), photography, art, creative writing, the beach, exercise, etc. My greatest liability is that I just moved here and am starting my business from scratch. My income is gradually increasing; as it increases so will the amount I can pay in rent. I can pay $300 1st mo., $350 2nd, $400 3rd and so on - for 6 month term to start out.
