I'm looking for either a large studio, loft, guest house or 1 bdr. in and or around the Van Nuys, Panorama City, Reseda, Tarzana or Studio City area! I would be open to a place a little further East possibly (Pasadena/Sunland). I'm quiet, responsible, clean, neat and own my own business from home. My single biggest necessity is having a washer/dryer in unit, I will not do a laundry facility! I have fantastic references and am looking to move around August 1st.
