Thanks for clicking on my ad! I am a 30 year old female Systems Analyst seeking a short-term furnished room. Why, you may ask? My roommate is moving to VA and since I am currently looking to purchase a home I don't want to re-up our lease. I also don't want the rigmarole of moving all of my furniture to a temporary location. I have already been pre-approved for a home loan and am now in the searching phase, so I'm hoping this will be fairly short term (3 months or so). More about me: I have a fabulous dog, 15 lbs, house broken, doesn't chew anything and is fixed. He loves other dogs and he loves children. I work in downtown Los Angeles (pretty normal hours). I'm getting a certification through UCLA Extension so I go to school one night per week. I love the outdoors - hiking, packbacking, skiing, fishing, etc. I'm pretty laid back and I'm fairly adaptable. A bed, a bathroom, a closet and if you have any drawer space, that would be awesome! If you live somewhat close to Downtown, that too would be ideal, but I'll commute if I have to. :-) And of course, I do have good rental history, good work history, and great references.
