So I need a place. I am neat and respectful of peoples' privacy and posessions., My current roommate will attest to that. Also, I don't expect to be around much because I do 16-18 hour days. But I do recipe research, so my roommate will eat will. I prefer a woman since women are neater (come on guys, we all know it). And as a chef, while I am not overly clean, women are just better roommates, IMHO. If I get a serious contact, you can talk to my current roommate directly just to see. But you would eat well.
