Hey there!!! I'm a 22 year old student looking for a room to rent starting August or September 1st. I'll be going to the Musicians Institute so I really need a place thats walking distance to the school (Hollywood and Highland area). My budget is $800 at the very most, and I'm definetly looking for a private room, with a private bathroom if possible. I'm really easy going, responsible, but also love to have a good time.
