Hello! My name is Kel and I'm seeking a room, studio, single or affordable 1 bedroom apartment in the Huntington Beach, Sunset, Seal Beach areas. I moved to California a few months ago for work and currently reside in Long Beach, but my job calls for me to be in the HB area frequently therefore im looking to move closer. I'm a very responsible, quiet, super clean, professional 24 year old who works as an artist manager/merchandise manager and emergency veterinary technician. I'm also a sponsored marathon runner. As I mentioned before I'm super clean and prefer (if I become a new roommate) to live with someone whom also enjoys a clean living space. I'm not a neat freak but you get the gist:). My current neighborhood is slightly loud, so im seeking somewhere a little more quiet to come home to at the end of a long day at work. I absolutely LOVE animals, running, surfing and hanging at the beach. I do throw parties nor constantly have high traffic into my house.
