We are a New York law firm looking for an DE attorney to be of-counsel to our law firm. We are doing a lot of bankruptcies and loan modifications all over the country and we want to expand to DE. We would need the of-counsel attorney to do our client management. We do all the back office work. For bankruptcies, we need them to attend the 341 meetings. Our rate of pay is between $100 - $150 per file (approximately one hour of work). We train them to manage the files. We would need the person to start ASAP.
