Per Diem Bankruptcy Attorney with 1+ years of Chapter 7 Debtor attorney experience is needed for client interaction and 341(a) hearings. Responsibilities will include verifying bankruptcy application documentation with client and appearing at 341(a) hearings on behalf of client. You MUST be a member of the Montana Bar and admitted to practice in USDC. This is a part-time position on an as-needed basis (perfect for a sole practitioner).
