Judicial Attorney Services, Inc. is an attorney support services firm looking for process servers to cover the entire state to serve legal documents. Process service requirements: -Must be 18 yrs or older -No criminal arrests or convictions -You are not required to be licensed to serve for us. You just can’t be a party to the named litigation. Receiving work: If it is a large amount of work, we will overnight the documents to you.When possible, we will email or fax the service documents to you as there are about 15 pages.Documents must be served/closed out within 10 days of receipt. Can serve anyone 18 yrs or older residing in the residence with the defendant. Must have at least 4 good attempts at service. One attempt before 7 am during the week, one after 6:30 pm, one weekend morning attempt and the last one at your discrection.If residence is vacant, you can non service on the 1st attempt.All updates & affidavits must be generated through our online software system.Once the affidavit has been signed and notarzied, you must fax us a copy and mail the original immediately.Please tell us what counties you will cover and what your fee is.
