Qualifications: Admission to Delaware Bar in Good Standing. Admission to District of Columbia Bar in Good Standing – Preferred but not required. Collection Industry Experience - Preferred but not required. Understanding of F.D.C.P.A., G.L.B.A., S.A.S.R.A., F.C.R.A.- Preferred but not required. Ability to function in a fast paced environment and employ sound judgment. Position: Firm specializes in retail collection transactions, and the associate sought would be primarily responsible for review/signature of generated pleadings, and appearance for all hearings on the firms’ Delaware case load. While some collection experience would be helpful, the right attitude is far more important.
