We are a well-established and professional multi-state law firm with an immediate opening for a Foreclosure Processor in our Essex, Maryland Office. Due to the rise in foreclosures nationwide, we are seeking an experienced foreclosure processor with no less than 1 year of experience working for a law firm which specialized in foreclosure, creditor/debtor bankruptcy or collections, or evictions. To be considered, you must be extremely organized, highly motivated, work well with others in a team atmosphere and possess great interpersonal skills. Job Duties: • Prepare and review pertinent documents • Gather information and compose correspondence, motions, notices and orders • Be accountable throughout each required task • High amounts of multi-tasking and prioritizing • Correspond with contractors and borrowers • Heavy status reporting to our clients Requirements: • Great organizational skills and the ability to manage and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills and high level of professionalism • Dependability • Superior problem solving skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Knowledge of mortgage default servicing platforms is a plus If you have the requisite experience to be considered for this position submit your resume as well as your salary history and salary requirements.
