Insurance company headquartered in Wilmington, DE is seeking a regulatory analyst to assist with the research and preparation of legal & regulatory filings and reports. Responsibilities will include investigating, drafting, preparing and filing complex legal and regulatory documents including insurance group policy filings, investment management agreements and asset custodian agreements. Additional responsibilities include compiling data; legal research; coordinating with in-house attorneys and outside counsel. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services company. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
