Boise Hunter Homes is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager. We are a major corporate sponsor of Boise State University and the Boise State Broncos Official Home Builder. We are currently building in Hidden Springs, Saguaro Canyon, Lakemoor, Tuscany and Champion Park. We are looking for a sales and marketing professional with a real estate license to help us continue our success. We are looking for someone who can provide Sales and Marketing support, so creativity and problem solving is mandatory. This person will be responsible to represent the company in our communities and must be available weekends. We are looking for someone who is internet savvy, full of energy and ready to handle multiple tasks at once, as they will be responsible for managing our marketing, client relationships and other company business. Qualifications- • Knowledgeable of new construction sales • Proven marketing skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented, organized, confident, knowledgeable, and reliable • Strong negotiating skills and experienced in writing contracts • Able to work weekends • Licensed Realtor in Idaho, Brokerage License a plus Responsibilities • Implement overall Marketing strategy for Boise Hunter Homes • Prepare Advertisements, Marketing material, and other related signage programs • Prospects leads, qualify prospective buyers and sells our homes • Negotiate Purchase and Sales Contracts • Follow website generated leads and other inquiries • Post listings on MLS and to other internet real estate sites • Provide weekly traffic summaries • Negotiate Brokerage arrangements Compensation • Compensation Package $50,000 to $100,000, depending on experience If this describes you, we would like to learn more about you, please forward your resume and a letter to Sales@BoiseHunterHomes.com.
