Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a variety of marketing and customer service functions including working with product management to plan and implement promotional campaigns, marketing collateral, new product launches, national exhibits, meeting, market research, and other marketing and sales support efforts. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with Product Management and Creative Services to assist with the development of national advertising and lead generation campaigns, marketing collateral, and sample packages. • Coordinate special events such as author luncheons, focus groups, sales training, and customer service training. • Create and assemble product samplers of each product line. • Assist with market research efforts including competitive analysis, pricing, focus groups, and classroom visits. • Coordinate and manage day-to-day aspects of customer service and work order processing. • Coordinate routing, processing, and coding for all purchase orders and invoices. • Place product and promo orders on an as-needed basis as well as develop and maintain the promotional materials catalog and files for product management. • Provide additional administrative support Requirements: • Associates degree. Bachelor's degree is preferred, with coursework in Business and/or marketing. • Must be comfortable with sales, customer service, and multiple phone lines. • Quick books experience preferred. • Expert PC skills with emphasis on all MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Must have basic to intermediate web based experience. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, RSS, SEO, online social media, and PPC sales preferred. • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a very fast paced environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills Location: Missoula Compensation: EOE Principals only.
