Small, start-up, sports-related business is seeking an active individual for part time help (up to 15 hours per week, including some nights and weekends) with a variety of duties. You will be responsible for running important errands, picking up and delivering product, speaking with customers at time of pick up and delivery, marketing product and services, assisting with events (primarily on weekends) as a brand ambassador - handing out promotional materials, answering questions, and assisting customers. The ideal candidate will possess the following: General customer service and sales skills, including selling/servicing a complex product, and dealing with challenging customers An active lifestyle and likes working outdoors A mechanical mind and works well with tools Doesn't mind getting hands dirty Events experience, and/or experience as a brand ambassador Reliable transportation Experience in a traditional retail sporting goods setting is considered a plus.
