We are currently looking for someone who is energetic, professional and outgoing to be our Camp Scout. This person will represent the Camp Bow Wow® and Home Buddies brands at local vet offices and pet related businesses and promote our services at area events such as walks/runs, local dog parks and more. The Scout’s highest priority is to create awareness (increase campers and sales) for Camp Bow Wow® through grassroots marketing. The Camp Scout will be responsible for successfully tracking all programs and their successes as well as communicating to other staff what they are doing in the field. Once the camp is open, the Camp Scout will work at least one shift per week at camp or as a Home Buddy. This will help them to adequately portray how much fun dogs have at Camp Bow Wow® and the quality of care we offer. The Camp Scout is also required to be involved with and spend at least 4 hours per month volunteering for/at a nearby dog shelter or charity. This position requires a commitment of 10-20 hours per week. The Camp Scout position is ideal for an energetic individual looking to gain experience in the field of marketing.
