Universal, a rapidly growing petroleum company, is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our New Castle, DE corporate office.

Essential Functions:
Handle incoming/outgoing customer service calls including resolution of concerns and/or problems.
Submit daily pricing information to customers for our products
Research invoicing/pricing and billing disputes
Maintain customer service log and spreadsheets
Sales data entry of prospect and customer information
Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of Associates Degree in Marketing or Business preferred and at least 2 years of office experience. Ability to research and resolve and provide courteous service to our customers and work cooperatively with other team members. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
