Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking an experienced professional to instill a 'marketing' mindset at ANTHC. Are you experienced at a leadership level in developing, planning and implementing marketing strategies? Can you work under limited supervision while you develop, plan and implement marketing of products and services? Do you think strategically? We are a statewide provider of specialty medical care, construction of facilities, information technology and professional recruiting striving to provide the highest quality health services in partnership with our people and the Alaska Tribal Health System. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for supporting the advancement of the mission and margin through development, management and execution of marketing and communications functions including internal and external, employee and physician communications, public and media relations, partnerships, marketing, branding execution, advertising, publications and collateral as well as providing strategic marketing and communications leadership and consultation to ANTHC senior management. The successful candidate must be able to establish strategic marketing plans and achieve organizational goals and objectives. Duties include but are not limited to- Manage marketing for ANTHC services Develop and execute short term and long range comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support sales and revenue objectives of organization Oversee development and production of promotional and collateral materials Serve as driving force to instill 'marketing' mindset at ANTHC Supervise marketing and sales activities, and provides cost-benefit analysis to evaluate program effectiveness Manage projects, defines and maintains scope of assignments; manages resources effectively and efficiently Serve as corporate voice representing ANTHC and key stakeholders to the public Develop effective media relationships Provide briefings to physician and professionals on any media interactions. Master¡¦s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field from an accredited college or university required. Progressively responsible related work may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for education.
