Job description: Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Research Assistant for a Direct Marketing Company in Las Vegas. The Ideal candidate must posses exceptional Microsoft Excel and all Microsoft operating systems skills and have expert math skills. Must be very experienced at internet and phone research, able to find demographics, and statistics on marketing projects, know how to be a sleuth and find the information needed without much direction. Also must have impeccable organizations skills and be able to multitask. Must Have: • At least 3 years of Direct marketing experience and research experience. • Detailed oriented • Ability to handle detailed research projects with ability to obtain as much information as needed • Able to handle high stress situations • Ability to communicate well/written and verbally • Keen aptitude to learn in house software • Familiarity running reports, collecting data and creating spreadsheets.
