General Position Summary Telephone Service Representatives contact residents of the metropolitan Las Vegas area requesting donations of reusable clothes and household items. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities • Achieve average of 6 donation promises per hour • Maintain a minimum pickup rate of 65% • Verify and record appropriate information needed for scheduling the pickup • Performs outstanding Customer Service on each call • Listens to and resolves customer service challenges and opportunities • Builds relationships with customers by providing exceptional service • Carry out assigned customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner • Customer Focused - Treats all internal/external contacts as customers and strives to meet their expectations by providing responsive, adaptive and exceptional value added service • Uses appropriate verbal, written and listening skills to effectively perform job duties • Builds good working relationships with coworkers, peers, supervisors, and others. Minimum Qualifications • Must be at least 16 years old • Pleasant phone voice • Good communication skills • Courteous, professional demeanor Education and Experience The required knowledge, skills and abilities are those typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED.
