We have two positions open for a financial secretary. We are looking to fill both full and part time positions for shifts during the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (some Saturdays) Job responsibilities include speaking with clients on the phone for scheduling, filing clients documents, and assisting financial agents with other duties. Those interested must be able to work in a fast environment while maintaining a high degree of organization, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience with Microsoft programs. Preferred skills and experience include customer service work, database programs, and a strong ability to work in teams.
