Primary responsibilities: Direct and manage landscape projects from start up to close out Supervise and coordinate landscape crews Plan, schedule and execute project plans Procure materials Communicate with Owners and other project stakeholders Identify and resolve project issues Qualifications: Five (5) years landscape installation, irrigation installation and landscape maintenance management experience Three (3) years landscape supervisory experience, including one (1) year in commercial/resort landscaping Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills College degree Preferred experience: Contract administration Location: Island of Maui Compensation: commensurate with experience Principals only.
