Essential Functions Maintain effective oral and written communications with clients, customers, employees and the whole operations team. Assist the Regional Vice-President by going on joint appointments to meet existing and potential clients. Prioritized work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work. Manages budgets and controls expenses effectively. Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard company operating procedures. Manages, trains and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction. Takes overall responsibility for safety compliance and ensuring safety is a top priority. Oversees equipment maintenance and technology troubleshooting. Review pricing/rate decisions considering current market conditions. Position Requirements Previous P & L responsibility. Must have the ability to multi-task, manage multiple clients and establish priorities. Demonstrate ability to lead people and get results through others. Strong problem solving and mediation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to coach and train employees. Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous experience managing multiple locations.
