Property Management duties, includes all aspects of maintance, operations, business and financial affairs of the Association and its property in conformance with Hawaii condo laws, Hawaii and Federal employment law and Association by-laws and Horizontal Property Regime and the policies, resolutions, direction and guidelines of the Board of Directors. As Manager this person is responsible for the supervision, hiring, terminations and discipline of all Association employees acting through the department heads where appropriate. He/she will devote full time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Association and , during this employment, will not engage in any other business or employment activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain or other pecuniary advantage. The general manager will reside on property in a 2 bed 2 bath unit provided by the Association. Min 5 yrs of supervisory or managerial experience. Experience working with AOAO's, CAI certification or willingness to take CAI courses and obtain certification. Good Customer Service background, service oriented, problem solver, good written and verbal skills. Experience with preparation and adherence to a budget. Construction knowledge or background desirable. Computer skills essential.
