Thank you very much. Job Function: Responsible for optimizing the profitable revenue growth of the city with a strong sales focus. Increase the market share of the location through superior customer service. Provide firm, fair, and consistent leadership to all members of the city. Perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. Job Responsibilities: • Revenue Optimization: Maximize incremental sales, walk up volume, yield, fuel service and recharge. • Vehicle Quality/Availability: Ensure clean vehicles, a full ready line with proper car mix and sound specialty car management. • Customer Service: Manage Quick Rent/Emerald club process; minimizes line waits and promotes fast, friendly service. • Brand Delivery and Integrity: Deliver Emerald Aisle, Choice, Quick Silver, Quick Rent functions to brand specifications. Maintains brand identity throughout the operation. Ensure all marketing programs are delivered completely and effectively throughout the location. • Manage Gate Agents. • Maintain a neat, clean and efficient work environment at all times. Performance Measures: All New Associates. All new Field Associates will be evaluated based on the answers to three (3) primary questions at 45 and 90 days, as follows: Job Requirements: • Complete knowledge and understanding of National/Alamo principles, policies, procedures and standards. • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, subordinates and supervisors; both written and verbal. • Working knowledge of all maintenance operations systems, including computer programs, reports, policies and procedures. • Ability to apply experience based knowledge and leadership skills toward organizational goals. • Strong sense of initiative, requiring little direct supervision. • Ability to work effectively in team environment. • Ability to exercise sound judgment to make decisions toward the objective of satisfying both brands. Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. • Experience preferred.
