Single male seeks roomates. All utilities included and the rooms are furnised (bed/couch, dresser, desk and TV). House is clean and convenient. Rooms are lockable. Currently I am the only roomate, and I am a server at a local restaurant. The house is 3 blocks from Front street and we would share a washer, the kitchen and the bathroom. I am clean, straigh and private and expect the same in my roomies. The landlord lives in a detached cottage and doesn't bother us. No smoking in the house and no sleepover guests.
