Contractual position for Food Scientist to assist with bid proposals and product development contracts. Perform Scientific Measurement of Food Quality Attributes, Sensory Evaluation of Food Products, Nutritional Analysis and Labeling, Recipe and Process Development. Work with non-profit organization and report to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. Assist with marketing, work with local community college and high schools for social out reach activities.
