Position: Solar Manager Location Maui, Hawaii Industry: Solar Technology Work Hours: M to F, 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay Scale: $50-70K, Plus bonuses, and Benefits Summary: Our Client is one of the leading solar electric integrators in Hawai’i with high profile projects on the Big Island, Maui, Moloka’i and Kaua’i, and Client seeks an Solar Installation Manager to solidify and expand our presence on the Valley Isle and take our success and operations to the next level. Responsibilities: • Provide oversight and coordination of day-to-day Maui operations, • Project management of residential and commercial installation projects, • Preparation of project documentation, • Public relations with customers, contractors, industry officials, County and State representatives, & • Possible sales Requirements: • Substantial experience in the design, engineering and/or installation of PV applications, • In-depth knowledge of and experience with PV(photovoltaic) applications, • Must have a minimum of three years of solar electrical applications, • Must have a strong electrical applications background, • Must have a minimum of three years of operations management experience, • Great organizational skills and superb people skills, & • Sales experience desirable.
