Job Description: 1. Collection: • Follow-up on accounts that are overdue • Maintains a record on calls made to clients with past due balances. 2. Billing • Prepares invoices to clients on a weekly and timely basis as directed by Management. • Updates the Client Ledger with new information weekly. • Alerts Management to past due accounts. 3. Payroll • Reviews and requests corrections, as appropriate, of the payroll ledger (including Quicken report) and disbursement sheet of selected branches, each week. • Reconciles the Billing Notes with the payroll report for all branches every week.
