Site Manager’s role is to lead and support the entire team in providing quality healthcare services to Mary's Center patients; provide overall site supervision and fiscal accountability. He/she is responsible for managing activities in the clinical area as well as coordinating services with those of finance, social services, and other administrative staff. He/she will also develop and assure effective linkages with other community agencies. Qualifications: – Strong preference to B.S. in Nursing and licensed to practice nursing in Maryland. Or L.P.N. graduation certificate from an accredited school of nursing and licensure to practice as a LPN in Maryland. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in working in community health setting with immigrant populations and/or maternal-child health preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/English highly desired.
