Hi, thanks for reading! I'm typing this ad on behalf of myself and my sister. We're looking for a house or townhouse to rent (unfurnished, we have plenty of furniture between the two of us), preferably with 3 bedrooms or 2 with a basement (the more space the better). I'm an Army wife and mother of one with one on the way. My husband is deploying to Iraq this fall from Ft. Lewis, WA and I'll be moving back to the East coast to be closer to family. I'll be living with my sister who is a mother of 2 and is currently going to school to become a nurse. We're both mature adults who do not do drugs or throw parties, but will have a couple friends over for a movie or barbeque on occasion. And I know 6 sounds like a LOT of people, but consider the fact that 3 of them are babies and it's more like 4 and a half. :) Her lease ends July 31st so she will be looking to move in on or before August 1st (as close to that date as possible!), and my husband and I will be back to visit in August before he deploys and I should be moving in around the beginning or middle of September. We do have a strict budget of no more than $1300 (less is always better!) so please keep that in mind when emailing me back. She also requests that it be in the Running Brook Elementary area so that her son doesn't have to change schools. We also ask that it be pet friendly as I have a 3lb yorkie (who couldn't destroy a thing if she wanted to) and she has a parakeet.
