Duties: Responsible for all aspects of general apartment maintenance and turnovers within this large community On call duty - evenings/weekends/holidays Requirements/Qualifications: We require a minimum of five (5) years experience in apartment maintenance, with 2 years as a senior maintenance tech or assistant to maintenance supervisor We also require effective leadership skills Must have electrical, plumbing, and applicance repair skills Must have personal, reliable transportation Must be able to reach the property in 15 minutes or less when on on-call duty Must be professional and courteous at all times Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate and interact with residents and staff CFC Type I, II or Universal Certification a plus Tile & carpentry skills are a plus Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus If you meet the requirements/qualifications, send us your resume & cover letter incl. salary requirements.
