Immigration is firms emphasis but developing a general practice unit as well to meet the growing needs of clients. Must be a self starter and be motivated to help build a practice; courtroom experience a plus. Can be full time or part-time or co-counsel for difficult cases if coming to the firm is not practicable. Are you in small or solo practice? Will consider working as Of Counsel for immigration with you or your firm also for difficult cases. Firm is also involved in helping market alternate legal services delivery programs beneficial to all parties; you can also participate in this area. Income commensurate with experience and performance and ability to make rain.
