We are a large home improvement company with a growing marketing force. We are in search of sales managers to recruit, train and supervise the marketing force in the field. Marketers work as canvassers and need supervision. Managers duties include recruiting, leading and training the team on marketing techniques and managing the team to ensure that they are following the system that is in place. Shifts 11am-3pm OR 4pm-8pm Managers are also expected to market for the company. Must be prepared to work outdoors. Must have a vehicle. Managers will be paid commissions and bonuses based upon their production and their team's production. The position does NOT require 40 hours a week.
