The apartment is beautiful - hard wood floors, lots of light. Bedroom is large with view of courtyard. Walking distance to downtown; Silver Spring Metro; several bus lines; UMCP shuttle bus; Silver Spring/Takoma co-op market, restaurants and Rock Creek Park. The apartment is mostly furnished, but current roommate will take/leave couch, coffee table, dining room table, and kitchen supplies. A small pet may be negotiable.
