Hey! My buddy and I are trying to get a place between Silver Spring and college park starting in August and we'd like a third person so we can get a house. Justin is 30 and will be working full-time and attending grad school at JHU at night. I am 28 and I'll be attending grad school full time at UMD. We're both active and enjoy being social, but we are looking for a quiet living environment since we'll both have plenty of studying to do. We're clean (not neurotic) and pay our bills on time. Neither of us smoke, but we do drink socially. Absolutely no drugs. We're looking for a roommate who is around our age, preferably female to have some balance in the house, but male is ok too, professional and/or grad student, clean, pays bills on time, doesn't want to throw loud parties at the house, and smoke- and drug-free. Basically, conducive to a grad student/professional lifestyle. Lastly due to working situations, roommate must be an American Citizen.
