TEKnova, a molecular biology manufacturer of reagents, buffers, custom media and pre-poured plates, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region including NYC, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC AND NORTHERN VA, Your main focus for this region is NIH and big pharmas in NJ and PA. TEKnova is a California based manufacturer and has been in business for over 14 years with a successful growth record. You will be working with distributors, selling direct to existing customers, increasing sales through new customers, and creating a need for our products in established biotech and pharmaceutical companies. TEKnova products are simple and affordable in this economy and one of the few biotech companies seeing growth every year, TEKnova is looking for an enterprising person with knowledge of the area biotech-pharma market. The successful candidate will be able to expand their territory with minimum supervision. BS or BA degree (business or science) expected,, knowledge of the geographic region and customers,with previous biotek sales are all pluses to this job.Previous lab experience will greatly help to grow your business. This territory offers the salesperson with initiative unlimited possibilities and the opportunity for a 6 figure income within a year. If you are willing to work, the business is waiting for you.
