Hi. I am a grad student looking for housing that is within 5-10 mins drive of UMD. I'm looking to move in on or after August 1 and prefer lease options that are 9 month or flexible. Options with private bath and off street parking for my car are also preferable. I'm clean, quiet, considerate, male, non-smoker, and get along well with most types of people but prefer roommates (male or female) who are also clean, quiet, and considerate. I'll be visiting the area July 9-12 and can stop by to see the place and sign the lease. Replies with pics of the room and/or place are appreciated.
