I am looking to take up a room in a nice and clean apartment/group house with the following criteria (not too worried about anything else) :- - Rent between $500 -$700 (500-ish not including utilities, 700-ish including utilities) - **Walking distance** to metro station on red line (not more than a 10min walk, anywhere between Rockville and Friendship Heights stops on the red line) - Ideally month-to-month lease, if not willing to commit about 4-6 months (with the recession going its always good to have flexibility, but willing to provide adequate notice before moving out) - I can move in anytime during month of July (but definitely before August 1st) About me- I just graduated from Duke university with my masters degree. I’m working with an engineering company based at Shady grove. I’m pretty laid back, social butterfly, drink, don’t smoke and like hanging out on weekends trying out new bars/restaurants. Im very clean in my habits and pay rent earlier than later. Im known to be a terrific housemate (just throwing it out there) 8) Im ideally looking to move into areas such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Friendship Heights...
