Late Stage (This is a full-time temporary position) SUMMARY: Monitor assigned customer base to identify and pursue past-due accounts receivable with a goal of maximizing Integra cash flow while retaining customers. REQUIREMENTS: Work experience which demonstrates customer service skills, problem solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Experience using customer service standards and guidelines including helping others interpret procedures. Strong oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated data entry and 10-key skills. Requires personal computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High sense of urgency and detail oriented.
