Responsibilities: Management Consulting Compliance Work Preparation of Financial Statements, with complete footnote disclosures Mentoring / Training Staff Accountants Supervise, direct and review the results of the audit Review complex financial statements and disclosures Prepare audit reports and financial statements for a wide range of businesses Build client relationships, business development Requirements: 8+ years recent public accounting experience (At least 5+ years total audit experience) Licensed CPA (a must) Audit Management Experience Possess an understanding of GAAP (financial statement prep with footnotes disclosure) Proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships Experience preparing/reviewing work papers Team oriented Education & Experience: Undergraduate or masters degree.
