The role we seek to fill will be an entry level customer service position primarily handling sales. The primary functions will include taking customer orders, customer service, calling on accounts and increasing our sales potential. Other duties will include general office administrative duties, light lifting and other tasks as needed. Required skills: Computer efficiency is key – great skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, general knowledge of adobe software. Strong typing and ten key skills Excellent customer service – positive and upbeat attitude Experience with Office Equipment – knowledge of how to operate printer, fax, copier, etc. Ability to handle high stress situations – "time is of the essence" is a frequent situation within a wholesale industry Problem solving skills – the ability to resolve time sensitive resolutions Team Player – we are a team and loyalty and treating your company as family guarantees success Ability to multitask and switch directions on a dime – this role will primarily support sales but will need to be able to assist other departments as needed Comfortable with Sales Calls Position is ENTRY level. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30. Dress is business to casual. Benefits are not offered at this time.
